LORENA ALVARADO

Lorena is a law graduate from Universidad del Pacífico. Her practice focuses on property law, urban planning law, and registration law. She has experience drawing up and analyzing purchase, lease, and usufruct contracts mainly, as well as real estate due diligence required to determine the potential contingencies prior to the start-up of real estate projects.Her experience also includes drafting briefs of rectification and appeals to be filed with the National Superintendency of Public Records and the Registration Court, respectively, reconsideration and appeal in the context of administrative sanctioning proceedings at the municipal level. She currently serves as a legal assistant in the Corporate Real Estate Practice Area at Estudio Olaechea, specializing in property, contract, and registration law.
