Her practice focuses on Intellectual Property and Consumer Protection. Her experience includes trademark matters, administrative sanctioning procedures and claims brought before Indecopi. Aitana also has extensive experience in drafting documents derived from complaints, oppositions, infringements, cancellations and nullities brought against airlines and mass consumer and retail companies. She has a law degree from Universidad de Lima.
