She has worked at our firm supporting investigations and/or criminal proceedings involving property crimes, tax crimes, crimes against public faith, money laundering, corruption of public officials, among others; actively collaborating in the planning of defense strategies and the development of courses of action in ongoing cases.

Valeria has also assisted in the implementation of crime prevention models in compliance with the law governing the administrative liability of legal entities.

She is a graduate of Universidad de Lima and holds a Diploma in Dispute Resolution. Additionally, she has complemented her academic background with specialized studies in International Law and Human Rights at Universidad de Salamanca, Spain.

She has experience with public-private partnerships and real estate-finance projects, including conducting due diligence, creation of security interests, negotiating contracts related to property rights, and handling land clearance procedures for real estate, agricultural, and mining development and financing projects.

Alissa has complemented her education and professional practice through two academic exchanges. At the University of Copenhagen (Denmark), she completed master’s courses in Government Contracts, International Commercial Contracts, and Indigenism, Law, and Nature. She was later awarded a scholarship to attend the summer school at East China University of Political Science and Law in Shanghai, where she explored the legal, commercial, and economic aspects of Asia-Pacific projects. These experiences enabled her to develop a comprehensive and comparative understanding of various international contracting scenarios.

She has served as a teaching assistant for Property, Constitutional Law and Fundamental Rights, as well as Constitutional Interpretation courses at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She has also worked as Director of Academic Research at Asociación Civil IUS ET VERITAS, leading and managing several editorial projects across diverse legal areas.

Her professional experience focuses on legal advisory in civil, real estate, registry, contractual, and administrative matters. She has expertise in preparing title examinations and clearing actions for the acquisition and regularization of both urban and rural properties aimed at real estate development projects.

She has participated in the structuring, review, and drafting of contracts involving real rights, contractual obligations, and commitments related to the execution of real estate projects. Additionally, she has provided support in registry and administrative procedures related to the physical-legal clearing of the property.

His professional practice focuses on legal representation in administrative proceedings related to Intellectual Property, Consumer Protection, and Unfair Competition. He has experience in proceedings concerning patents, utility models, brands, slogans, trade names, oppositions, cancellations, annulments, and infringement actions concerning various intellectual property elements, as well as in the preparation of reports and providing advisory services in non-contentious intellectual property matters.

He also has experience representing companies in sanctioning proceedings and claims related to consumer protection, participating in conciliation hearings before INDECOPI, and in disputes involving advertising and market regulations. His work is primarily focused on litigation matters, especially before INDECOPI, with additional experience in proceedings conducted before other entities such as SUSALUD.

She has specialized training in personal data protection, highlighting her participation in the International Course on Personal Data Protection, taught by Universidad del Pacífico in collaboration with the Institute of Audit & IT-Governance (IAITG). This experience has allowed her to acquire a comprehensive view on data management in complex digital environments, understanding not only the national and international regulatory framework, but also the technical and organizational risks faced by personal information today.

Her professional practice is focused in the areas of corporate law, business law, compliance, administrative law and personal data protection. She has experience providing legal support in the implementation of internal and corporate policies, with special emphasis on information privacy and compliance. She has participated in audits according to standards such as ISO 37001, as well as in the preparation of legal documentation related to business management and registration processes and personal data processing before the competent authorities.

She has also strengthened her profile with specialized studies in law and innovation, as well as in technologies applied to data protection, which enables her to navigate changing legal environments with confidence and a strategic focus on the challenges posed by digital transformation.
