She has solid experience representing individuals and legal entities in criminal proceedings and investigations before the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Judiciary.

She has worked on the development of legal strategies for highly complex and preventive investigations, minimizing the risks that could lead to potential criminal contingencies.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Compliance from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. She also has experience in the design and implementation of compliance programs for legal entities.

Additionally, she serves as a teaching assistant in the courses Theory of Crime and Crimes against Life, the Body, Health, Honor, Property, and Liberty at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

Alissa has complemented her education and professional practice through two academic exchanges. At the University of Copenhagen (Denmark), she completed master’s courses in Government Contracts, International Commercial Contracts, and Indigenism, Law, and Nature. She was later awarded a scholarship to attend the summer school at East China University of Political Science and Law in Shanghai, where she explored the legal, commercial, and economic aspects of Asia-Pacific projects. These experiences enabled her to develop a comprehensive and comparative understanding of various international contracting scenarios.

She has served as a teaching assistant for Property, Constitutional Law and Fundamental Rights, as well as Constitutional Interpretation courses at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She has also worked as Director of Academic Research at Asociación Civil IUS ET VERITAS, leading and managing several editorial projects across diverse legal areas.
