Juana holds a specialization in Data Protection from CENTRUM PUCP and participated in the Cybersecurity and Cyberdefense Program organized by the Ministry of Defense in collaboration with Cisco Networking Academy. She has taken part in various oral litigation competitions and, in 2023, served as speaker and team leader of the group that won the award for Best Economic Agent at the MootComp in Mexico. She is currently a volunteer for OECE’s Citizen Oversight Program. In 2020, she participated as a scholarship recipient in the Intellectual Property Summer School organized by the University of Alicante and WIPO.

Her profesional practice includes designing and executing legal strategies in trilateral protection proceedings and administrative sanctioning procedures. She has also provided advisory services in consumer protection and personal data protection, drafting and adapting internal policies in accordance with applicable regulations.
