Lawyer graduated from the Universidad de San Martín de Porres, with professional practice focused on Economic Criminal Law and Compliance. He provides legal advice and defense to both legal entities and individuals in criminal investigations and proceedings conducted before the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Judiciary, including the assessment of criminal risks and the formulation of defense strategies.

His professional experience encompasses the identification, assessment, and management of corporate criminal contingencies, as well as preventive legal advisory services aimed at mitigating criminal risks within the corporate sphere and strengthening compliance and regulatory frameworks.

He has served as an adjunct lecturer in the course of Criminal Procedural Law at the Universidad de San Martín de Porres and is a full member of the Workshop on Economic and Corporate Criminal Law at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.

Bachelor of Laws from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) with professional experience in consulting and advisory services related to administrative procedures. Her main areas of specialization include administrative law, personal data protection and information security, competition law, consumer protection, and intellectual property.

Juana holds a specialization in Data Protection from CENTRUM PUCP and participated in the Cybersecurity and Cyberdefense Program organized by the Ministry of Defense in collaboration with Cisco Networking Academy. She has taken part in various oral litigation competitions and, in 2023, served as speaker and team leader of the group that won the award for Best Economic Agent at the MootComp in Mexico. She is currently a volunteer for OECE’s Citizen Oversight Program. In 2020, she participated as a scholarship recipient in the Intellectual Property Summer School organized by the University of Alicante and WIPO.

Her profesional practice includes designing and executing legal strategies in trilateral protection proceedings and administrative sanctioning procedures. She has also provided advisory services in consumer protection and personal data protection, drafting and adapting internal policies in accordance with applicable regulations.

She has served as a teaching assistant in the courses on Commercial Law Institutions and the Romano‑Germanic Legal System at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Additionally, she served as Director of Institutional Image for the Commercial Law Team (EDM), an association dedicated to the study and promotion of commercial law.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Compliance from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. She also has experience in the design and implementation of compliance programs for legal entities.

Additionally, she serves as a teaching assistant in the courses Theory of Crime and Crimes against Life, the Body, Health, Honor, Property, and Liberty at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

Her professional practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution, with experience in civil, administrative, and constitutional court proceedings, as well as extrajudicial procedures. She actively participates in developing litigation strategies and settlements for complex cases with significant national and international impact. She has also coordinated with public entities such as OEFA, OSINERGMIN, SERNANP, and DICAPI to address legal contingencies related to business operations.

Marjorit has served as a teaching assistant for courses such as Civil Liability, Legal Argumentation, and Corporations at the Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She has also been a member of Ius Inter Gentes and Themis law journals, organizations specializing in civil and international law, where she led teams, organized events, and contributed to the dissemination of legal articles.

Her professional practice focuses on Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, with experience in the analysis and drafting of legal briefs addressed to the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Judiciary, as well as in the preparation of preventive legal reports.

She has worked at our firm supporting investigations and/or criminal proceedings involving property crimes, tax crimes, crimes against public faith, money laundering, corruption of public officials, among others; actively collaborating in the planning of defense strategies and the development of courses of action in ongoing cases.

Valeria has also assisted in the implementation of crime prevention models in compliance with the law governing the administrative liability of legal entities.

She is a graduate of Universidad de Lima and holds a Diploma in Dispute Resolution. Additionally, she has complemented her academic background with specialized studies in International Law and Human Rights at Universidad de Salamanca, Spain.

Her professional practice focuses on advisory and consulting services in corporate, administrative, financial, civil, and real estate matters. She has experience with public-private partnerships and real estate-finance projects, including conducting due diligence, creation of security interests, negotiating contracts related to property rights, and handling land clearance procedures for real estate, agricultural, and mining development and financing projects.

Alissa has complemented her education and professional practice through two academic exchanges. At the University of Copenhagen (Denmark), she completed master’s courses in Government Contracts, International Commercial Contracts, and Indigenism, Law, and Nature. She was later awarded a scholarship to attend the summer school at East China University of Political Science and Law in Shanghai, where she explored the legal, commercial, and economic aspects of Asia-Pacific projects. These experiences enabled her to develop a comprehensive and comparative understanding of various international contracting scenarios.

She has served as a teaching assistant for Property, Constitutional Law and Fundamental Rights, as well as Constitutional Interpretation courses at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She has also worked as Director of Academic Research at Asociación Civil IUS ET VERITAS, leading and managing several editorial projects across diverse legal areas.
