Her professional practice focuses on labor law and occupational safety and health across various labor regimes. She has extensive experience providing advice and consulting services to both domestic and international companies on labor and immigration matters, labor litigation, the hiring of national and foreign workers, labor outsourcing and corporate group procedures, human resources processes, workplace sexual harassment, labor audits, disciplinary and sanctioning procedures, and administrative proceedings.

She is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2014) and holds a Master’s degree in Labor Law and Social Security from the same university (2020). She also holds a Master’s degree from the Università degli Studi di Torino (Italy) and the International Labor Organization (ILO) (2023).

She is the author of several articles on topics related to her area of expertise.

She is a professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
