Jorge graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and has more than 13 years of experience in Tax Law. He has completed a specialization course in International Taxation and Transfer Pricing at Universidad del Pacífico. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Tax Policy and Management, major in Tax Policy and System at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. He has been a legal advisor to the Tax Court of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
His legal experience includes representation and advice to clients in international and local tax matters, reorganizations, audits, tax compliance reviews, structuring of operations, contentious and non-contentious tax proceedings, and judicial proceedings. He has also experience providing services to internationally and locally renowned clients such as St. Gobain, Deezer, Viva Airlines, Caterpillar, Imerys, Clorox, Pernod Ricard, Telecom Business Solutions, Toyota, W Capital Safi, and Tacama, among others.
Author of numerous papers in specialized magazines and local press, and has been a lecturer in several seminars, conferences, and courses. He is a collaborator (exclusively in Peru) for Bloomberg in the publication entitled “Business Operations in Peru (Portfolio 7288)”
