Katheryn graduated from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. She has extensive experience representing and advising national and foreign legal entities in judicial and arbitration proceedings. She has provided advice, consultancy, and defense in contentious administrative and constitutional litigations in relation to consumer protection, tax, telecommunications, fishing, mining, energy, banking and finance; as well as in civil and commercial proceedings. She also has provided advice and representation in actions for the protection of constitutional rights and in actions of unconstitutionality of social and economic impact.
