Her professional practice focuses on advising various clients in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors. She has knowledge and experience in dealing with public and private institutions related to these sectors, assisting in the processing of enabling titles, advice and representation in sanctioning procedures and disputes before regulatory agencies, analysis and evaluation of business strategies in the sector and regulatory consulting in general.

Flavia also has experience in administrative law and corporate law and has expertise in Government Procurement, Antitrust, Telecommunications, and Arbitration.

She has been teaching assistant of the Course of Effective Legal Communication at the Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in 2021 and was permanent advisor of the First Moot Court on environmental crimes organized in Peru.

She is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and author of several articles related to the electricity sector in Peru. She writes regularly in the Web Portal Prometheo, of the Administrative Law Circle of the PUCP.
