Josefina has legal experience in national and international arbitration, as well as in civil, commercial, and contentious-administrative litigation.

She worked as a teaching assistant in the Arbitration and Government Procurement courses at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. She was also a member of the Arbitral Women 2019-2020.

She has participated in the co-writing of several articles such as “International Arbitration: the new Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce” (2021), “Peru v. Spain, an international arbitration to recover Odyssey treasure?” (2021), and “Arbitral Awards” for the book entitled “Handbook of Arbitration in Public Procurement, Part Two” (2019).
