He has been teaching assistant in the General Labor Law course and the Contracts course at the law school of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Her professional practice focuses on consulting on regulatory issues related to private initiatives, concession contracts, public utilities and transportation infrastructure. She has extensive experience in providing comprehensive advice to companies on regulatory issues related to maritime, logistics and transportation services, cabotage, towing, pilotage, as well as logistics operators.

She is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and has a second specialization in Administrative Law from the same university.

Her professional practice focuses on providing legal advice on personal data protection, information security and new technologies. Daniela has experience participating in the development of corporate legal strategies from the analysis of the regulatory framework of personal data protection and data governance; regulatory implementation audits for national and international clients, and in the legal defense in trilateral guardianship proceedings and administrative sanctioning proceedings.

She is a lawyer from Universidad de Lima and has participated in CEDICE (Study Circle for the Development and Integration of Business Competitiveness) of the same university as Legal Coordinator of the Field Area, supporting in the legal advice of MYPES and PYMES.

Her professional practice focuses on the areas of corporate, contract, mergers and acquisitions, and securities market law. Alexa Laguna also has extensive experience in external and in-house advice to domestic and foreign companies in corporate, and administrative law (merger control, consumer protection, personal data, among others).

She has a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
