She has extensive experience in providing comprehensive advice to companies on regulatory issues related to maritime, logistics and transportation services, cabotage, towing, pilotage, as well as logistics operators.

She is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and has a second specialization in Administrative Law from the same university.

Her professional practice focuses on providing legal advice on personal data protection, information security and new technologies. Daniela has experience participating in the development of corporate legal strategies from the analysis of the regulatory framework of personal data protection and data governance; regulatory implementation audits for national and international clients, and in the legal defense in trilateral guardianship proceedings and administrative sanctioning proceedings.

She is a lawyer from Universidad de Lima and has participated in CEDICE (Study Circle for the Development and Integration of Business Competitiveness) of the same university as Legal Coordinator of the Field Area, supporting in the legal advice of MYPES and PYMES.

Celia has broad experience and more than 10 years of practice within the public sector. Particularly, in the elimination of regulatory barriers, regulatory improvement, administrative simplification, consumer protection, competition, education, unfair competition.

Her academic background includes the completion of her master’s degree in Business Law. She also has a specialization in Regulatory Improvement and Regulatory Impact Analysis from the University of Piura (UDEP) and in Public Management from the University of Esan.

Finally, she has been a member of Indecopi’s Tribunal for the Elimination of Bureaucratic Barriers since its creation in 2018 and has participated in important cases in various sectors, including transportation, health and telecommunications.

Her professional practice focuses on the areas of Corporate, Commercial and Financial Law, regularly advising domestic and foreign companies in the areas of her specialty, particularly in the corporate maintenance of the same, as well as in the negotiation and drafting of commercial and financial contracts.

Additionally, she has complemented her professional practice with postgraduate studies in Financial Law, Corporate Law, Compliance and Data Protection.
