Her professional practice includes advising on corporate and administrative law. Carol also has extensive experience in regulatory advisory services in personal data protection, information security, and new technologies for both domestic and foreign clients, information technology (TMT), as well as in legal defense in trilateral protection proceedings, administrative sanctioning procedures, and personal data protection audits.

She is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and serves as Chair for Peru of the Latin American Privacy Association. From 2022 to 2024, she was a lecturer in the Data Governance Diploma Program offered by Centro de Estudios en Ciberseguridad y Datos at Universidad del CEMA (Argentina). She is currently a lecturer in the Data Governance & Privacy Diploma Program taught by the Faculty of Engineering at Universidad Austral (Argentina). She is also an instructor in the Personal Data Officer Course offered by Instituto Peruano de Compliance. She has been a speaker at various specialized forums on data protection, information security, and new technologies.

Rossana has more than 15 years of legal experience, specializing in Corporate, Civil and Real Estate Law. She has extensive experience in the organization of companies, creation of branches, clearing of land titles, trade agreements, real estate transactions, including planning, consulting and administrative procedures, zoning, urban land uses parameters, as well as urban land improvement and detachment processes (separate registrations) necessary for the feasibility of the real estate projects.

She advises owners, real estate funds and investors, developers, construction companies, suppliers, contractors and subcontractors in all aspects related to the drafting and negotiation of the necessary contracts to implement their projects.

She has led different real estate operations, such as the planning and structuring of purchase and sale transactions, joint ventures, trusts, leases, constructions and/or various contractual instruments for the implementation of real estate projects, such as shopping centers, hotels, business centers, residential projects, processing plants and/or factories, among others.
