Her professional practice focuses on legal management in banking, securities market, corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters. She has provided legal advice to factoring companies, brokerage firms, mutual fund management companies and investment fund management companies.

Jessica also has extensive experience in providing legal advice to payment networks, digital wallets, acquiring service providers, payment facilitators, factoring operations and, above all, in the structuring of debt instrument investment funds and in the negotiation of bank financing agreements, syndicated loans, revolving loans, granting of credit lines and development of securities issuance programs in the capital markets.

She has held the position of Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Corruption Compliance Officer in a company belonging to the securities market. She has experience in the preparation of plans for the implementation of anti-money laundering prevention systems, development of matrices, management of interests, preparation of documents required by the UIF -PERU for Obligated Entities, and training for employees and management of Obligated Entities.

She is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has a Master’s Degree in Journalism and Digital Communication from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and a Specialization in Securities Market from Universidad ESAN. She teaches at the Centro de Estudios Financieros de la Bolsa de Valores – BURSEN on compliance, corporate governance and securities market issues.

Gloria has experience in tax advice to domestic and international companies from different economic sectors.

Her legal performance focuses on the preparation of preventive legal audits (Due Diligence) and advising on tax audits and contentious tax proceedings before the National Superintendency of Tax Administration (SUNAT) and the Tax Court.

Alberto‘s experience focuses on advising both individuals and legal entities on civil, real estate, registration, notarial, urban planning and legal physical sanitation of properties; especially in the preparation of Due Diligence (Title Search to determine the issues of each property, any contingencies in their acquisition or sale and the possibilities of legal clearing of the same). In addition, he is experienced in the preparation of the following procedures: the registration of duplicity of electronic cards, regularization of electronic cards, first registration of urban and real estate, legal clearing of property, and in the review of contractual terms for the future registration of the property rights of the Law Firm‘s clients. He also has experience in advising and representing clients in the legal clearing of property and in the request for the formalization of urban, rural and/or uncultivated land, whether in private or state-owned properties.

His broad experience includes sanctioning proceedings before various public entities and municipal procedures for operating licenses, safety compliance certificates, zoning change and assignment, urban planning instruments, construction reports, accumulations, detachments (separate registrations), subdivisions, among others, as well as in judicial proceedings related to property rights (claim, eviction, acquisitive prescription of ownership, creation of easement and/or usufruct, among others) before the judiciary.

It also involves advising on the relationships with indigenous communities on the Coast and in the Highlands of Peru, dealing with procedures of claims and complaints from peoples of the areas of influence of commercial activities. Additionally, he has experience in court and out-of-court land recovery proceedings.

He is an undergraduate professor at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias aplicadas (UPC) and a speaker at various forums on real estate topics.
