Andrea graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and is a specialist in Administrative Law from the same university. She has extensive experience in Corporate, Administrative, Regulatory, and Antitrust Law.

She advises on matters related to trade defense measures, bureaucratic barriers, free competition, healthcare matters, education, telecommunications, and Personal Data Protection. She also provides legal representation in administrative, auditing, and sanctioning proceedings. She has served in the first and second instance at INDECOPI, and in the Licensing Directorate of the National Superintendence of Higher Education (SUNEDU).

Luis has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigations, as well as in administrative proceedings before the environmental, customs and energy authorities. His experience also includes administrative proceedings, legal advice and representation in national and international arbitration proceedings, as well as legal advice and representation in civil, administrative and constitutional judicial proceedings. He has provided consulting services in civil and commercial matters, dispute resolution in administrative proceedings in the electricity and natural gas sector, advice in judicial proceedings for indemnity for damages and missing cargo (on demurrage and damage to containers), advice in ship arrest proceedings to ensure collections, advice on administrative proceedings before the maritime Customs, among others.

Stefano has extensive skills and experience representing judicial and arbitration proceedings. He has participated in the defense of highly complex disputes in civil, constitutional, and administrative matters. He has also advised and represented in judicial and arbitration proceedings several companies in regulated sectors such as telecommunications, oil, gas, mining, and electricity; in contentious administrative litigations related to consumer protection and intellectual property; in judicial proceedings related to port, environmental protection, financial, and capital market matters; in commercial arbitrations and arbitrations as to construction law and public works; as well as in civil and constitutional counseling.

Her professional practice focuses on labor law and occupational safety and health across various labor regimes. She has extensive experience providing advice and consulting services to both domestic and international companies on labor and immigration matters, labor litigation, the hiring of national and foreign workers, labor outsourcing and corporate group procedures, human resources processes, workplace sexual harassment, labor audits, disciplinary and sanctioning procedures, and administrative proceedings.

She is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2014) and holds a Master’s degree in Labor Law and Social Security from the same university (2020). She also holds a Master’s degree from the Università degli Studi di Torino (Italy) and the International Labor Organization (ILO) (2023).

She is the author of several articles on topics related to her area of expertise.
