Roxana began her career in the field of corporate and insurance law. Currently, her professional practice focuses on a wide range of areas, including corporate, regulatory, financial, insurance, mergers and acquisitions, administrative and compliance matters.

She has provided advice to national and international companies in various aspects of her specialization, answering queries and proposing legal solutions, drafting a variety of civil and financial contracts, and participating in the incorporation and dissolution of companies.

In addition, she has been an integral part in due diligence projects for mergers and acquisitions, as well as in regulatory procedures for entities supervised by the Superintendence of Banking, Insurance and AFPs.

Ricardo has significant experience in corporate law and regulatory law. His practice focuses on environmental law and public procurement, providing advice to mining companies in socio-environmental and community matters and legal support on matters concerning Government Procurement in tender process, contract negotiation and project execution phases.

He has experience advising domestic and foreign companies on matters related to the development of infrastructure projects and mergers and acquisitions, specializing in environmental, mining, administrative, civil, and corporate law.

He provides advice to clients on preparation of regulatory and compliance matrixes.

Nataly graduated from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. She has extensive experience in tax and customs consulting, as well as design of efficient business tax structures (tax planning).

Her professional practice includes advice on the formation of general partnerships and commercial partnerships; major operations of international investment in Peru, tax and customs reviews (audits); audits conducted by SUNAT, legal representation in tax and customs proceedings before SUNAT and the Tax Court, among others.

His professional experience focuses on legal advice in civil, real estate, registration, and administrative matters.

His professional practice also includes the preparation of due diligence to determine the contingencies in the acquisition of real estates, legal clearing of the property, as well as the drafting and review of contracts for the assignment of in rem rights.

Her professional practice focuses on Labor Law and Immigration. Ana Sofía specializes in providing advice to the corporate sector, at management and board level, in the prevention of labor risks, reduction of labor costs, management of individual and collective conflicts, planning strategies for employment termination processes, preparation of defense strategies and management of judicial processes and administrative sanctioning procedures.

She has leadership, teamwork, conflict resolution, as well as communication skills with middle management and at management and board level.

She is a lawyer from Universidad de Lima and has taken courses on Labor Procedural Law, Employment Termination Strategies and Corporate Labor Law.
