Ericka also has extensive experience providing customs consulting services and advice to domestic and foreign companies in administrative and judicial customs procedures, certifications of Authorized Economic Operators – AEO, procedures related to customs regimes, applications of tariff preferences, tariff classification and control procedures initiated by the Customs Administration.

She is a lawyer graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and holds the title of Customs Agent from the National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration. She also has a postgraduate degree in International Trade from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.

Nataly graduated from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. She has extensive experience in tax and customs consulting, as well as design of efficient business tax structures (tax planning).

Her professional practice includes advice on the formation of general partnerships and commercial partnerships; major operations of international investment in Peru, tax and customs reviews (audits); audits conducted by SUNAT, legal representation in tax and customs proceedings before SUNAT and the Tax Court, among others.

His professional experience focuses on legal advice in civil, real estate, registration, and administrative matters.

His professional practice also includes the preparation of due diligence to determine the contingencies in the acquisition of real estates, legal clearing of the property, as well as the drafting and review of contracts for the assignment of in rem rights.

Ana Sofía specializes in providing advice to the corporate sector, at management and board level, in the prevention of labor risks, reduction of labor costs, management of individual and collective conflicts, planning strategies for employment termination processes, preparation of defense strategies and management of judicial processes and administrative sanctioning procedures.

She has leadership, teamwork, conflict resolution, as well as communication skills with middle management and at management and board level.
