Johana graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, specializing in Individual Labor Law, Collective Relations, Social Security Law, Labor Procedure Law, and Immigration Law. She has extensive experience in labor advice to local and international companies on the employment of nationals and expatriates, individual and collective employment terminations, as well as labor cost planning, among others.

Her legal practice includes immigration proceedings before the National Superintendency of Migration, labor inspections, labor proceedings, as well as administrative procedures before ESSALUD regarding economic benefits.

His professional practice focuses on corporate, regulatory, contractual, compliance and corporate governance matters, government contracting, as well as the execution of mergers and acquisitions. Gonzalo also has extensive experience in food and beverage, mass consumption and retail and technology companies. 

 He holds a law degree from Universidad de Piura and has a Diploma in Administrative Law Sanctioning from Universidad de Piura and a Diploma in Ibero-American Administrative Law certified by Centro Latinoamericano de Derechos Humanos and the Research Group on Public International Law of Universidad de La Coruña. 

She has extensive experience in regulatory compliance (Peruvian Aviation Regulations) and in the use of infrastructure and services of airport operators, local and international transactions, aircraft leasing, administrative procedures before governmental authorities, operating authorizations and certifications required in the airline industry and corporate matters, both for airlines and for companies providing Specialized Airport Services.

She is also a specialist in procedures related to aviation safety work, through AVSEC continuous surveillance (inspections, audits, studies and investigations), and in administrative sanctioning procedures before the JIAC (Board of Infractions of the DGAC).

She holds a law degree from Universidad de Lima and a Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution from Universidad San Martín de Porres.

Neftali graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He has extensive experience in procedures of selection under the Government Procurement Law, advising local and international clients on their participation in public tenders and/or biddings of goods, services and works, as well as in tenders and biddings convened by PROINVERSION for infrastructure projects under the PPP modality.

His legal practice also includes the execution of contracts arising from government procurement, including advice on various contractual, corporate, regulatory and administrative matters, as well as bankruptcy, equity restructuring and corporate law.
